大陸人民銀行10月15日以來於公開市場三次零操作暫停逆回購之後，今(29)日重啟7天期逆回購、規模為130億元(人民幣,下同)，得標利率升至4.10%。

人行今日重啟逆回購釋放流動性，有利於緩解資金面緊張。人行三停逆回購之後，大陸資金市場利率持續上升，昨(28)日上海銀行間同業拆放利率(Shibor)隔夜息升至4.434%，14天拆息更升至6.396%，反映市場預期人行貨幣政策難鬆，資金成本增加。

另外，人行28日依舊續發到期三年央票，操作量為59億元，幾乎為到期量的全部。上證報引述市場人士指出，人行續作央票向市場釋放出強烈的信號，即貨幣投放「穩中偏緊」的基調不會改變。

大陸銀行股今日全面上揚，截至10:35左右，平安銀行(000001.SZ)漲逾8%，興業銀行(601166.SH)漲近6%，華夏銀行(600015.SH)、浦發銀行(600000.SH)、民生銀行(600016.SH)漲逾4%，招商銀行(600036.SH)、農行(601288.SH)、交行(601328.SH)等多檔漲逾2%，工行、建行漲逾1%。
