有簽什麼契約嗎?沒有的話可能只能自己吞了,車輛買賣不適用瑕疵擔保,隱匿車況?它是專業修車技師嗎?有辦法證明他知道車況濫嗎?這種情形小弟看過很多次,都是自己吞,完全站不住腳,不好意思我說的很直,但也最實在...只能說買次教訓下次要學乖帶懂車的人去看,還有車有狀況應該馬上停車拖吊能將傷害降到最低,我遇過為了省那一點點的拖吊費硬開到修車廠導致引擎報廢好幾次,原本花幾千塊能處裡變幾萬塊,如果你有什麼疑問再發問我在回答
