江宜樺重申 禁止齊帕特羅瘦肉精

王品集團旗下「原燒」驗出瘦肉精「齊帕特羅」，行政院長江宜樺今天在立法院回答立委薛凌、江啟臣質詢時指出，齊帕特羅瘦肉精本來就是政府禁止使用的瘦肉精，這個立場不會改變。

江宜樺指出，針對進口廠商，邊境把關是採抽驗方式，若廠商過去記錄良好，抽驗比例較低，約百分之五到百分之十，但若有不法記錄，抽驗比例就會升高。昨天爆發的進口美牛齊帕特羅，是百分之百禁止添加，允許值為零，因此現在針對進口商，抽驗比例提高為百分之百。

江啟臣要求政府建立食安基金制度，衛生福利部長邱文達表示，目前正在修正食安法加重刑法責任，同時也會提出創立食安基金的修法條文。
