舊娃娃車 明年底汰舊換新

全台娃娃車總計約5000輛，卻有高達10分之1、約600輛超齡，全台老舊娃娃車每天載著6000位幼童「趴趴走」，有如不定時炸彈。國民黨立委蔣乃辛昨天質詢時要求教育部盡速改善，教育部長蔣偉寧承諾，最遲明年底前，全台老舊娃娃車必須完成汰舊換新。
