減少囤房　財政部盼地方調高第2戶房屋稅

【胡治言／綜合報導】財政部長張盛和昨表示，盼地方政府調高第2戶以上的房屋稅，將以中央統籌款為誘因，若地方政府願提高房屋稅率，中央補助可增加，當作奢侈稅修法的配套，盼減少囤房現象。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，張盛和表示，全台個人名下有3棟以上的房子超過66萬人，大多是出租，目前85%的人都只有1戶房屋，一般人不會受影響，第2戶不可能是自己住，可能是營業或出租，房屋稅上調是合理的，並提到目前自用住宅房屋稅為1.2~2%，地方政府卻多只課最低1.2%，造成房屋稅率很低，現有機制是有彈性可以調高的。

清華大學計量財務金融系講座教授兼系主任鍾經樊表示，以稅的工具來抑制房價，是正確的方向。民眾李小姐則質疑2房的家庭未必是囤房，「周遭有些朋友有2間房子都是自住，擔心可能打到一般自住。」
