尿尿要付錢　高市8成中小學如廁需繳清潔費

【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄市有約8成中小學的學生上廁所需繳廁所清潔費，高雄市教育產業工會教學部副主任鄭穎聰批評，這如同學校沒錢就對學生和老師開徵「尿尿稅」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，高雄市教育產業工會抽查推估全市約8成中小學向學生家長收取廁所清潔費，，工會認為上廁所是生理需求與基本人權，學校收廁所清潔費依法無據，認為教育局應編列經費，給學生無償使用且乾淨的如廁環境。

對此，高市教育局長鄭新輝說，掃廁所是生活教育一環，主張學生應自行整理，會糾正並要求退費。
