請問今天關機 想說系統需要更新
就選了更新並重新啟動

但我過了一下子 看他已經顯示
正在準備設定windows 請勿關閉電腦

想說在一下就好了
但過了1.2小時他還是在這畫面....
就長按關機鍵 想說強制關機看看
但關閉後 再打開 又進入這畫面
電池拔掉 再裝上去開機也是....

請問是出了甚麼問題嗎??

(P.S 電腦是WIN8)
