蘋果日報-財政部表態 第2戶房屋稅率應調高
財政部長張盛和昨表態，希望地方政府調高第2戶以上房屋稅，將以中央統籌款為誘因，如果地方政府願意提高房屋稅率，中央補助也可增加，將當作奢侈稅修法的配套措施，希望減少囤房現象。

經濟日報-台股量縮 快除三害
台股昨（28）日在外資等特定買盤尾盤拉抬下，指數重回8,400點，量能卻萎縮至二個月來新低。市場專家指出，基本面不佳、中國供應鏈競爭壓力及證所稅「遺毒」是台股量縮「三害」，需從政策穩定、放寬投資限制、吸引外資等多面向著手，才能回復台股以往活力。

工商時報-景氣燈號 黃藍連三月
經建會昨（28）日發布9月份景氣燈號，受生產面、貿易面、消費面表現未盡理想，9月景氣亮出連續第三個月黃藍燈，顯示當前景氣復甦力道仍然不足。
