基隆海洋廣場傳落水　警消速救援

【戴之聖／基隆報導】今日凌晨零時許有民眾報案表示，看見一名男子在位於基隆鬧區的海洋廣場落水，忠二派出所警員抵達後先拋救生圈給男子套上，消防隊則在岸邊架梯讓男子自行爬上岸，男子並無明顯外傷還能自行上救護車，至於是什麼原因造成男子落水，警方還在調查中。
