北京治空汙 紅色預警分號限行

（中央社台北17日電）北京整治空氣污染祭出新措施。北京市委常委會昨天通過「北京市空氣重污染應急預案」，未來若空氣污染達紅色預警時，機動車將實施單雙號尾數限行措施。

北京日報今天報導，治理空氣污染的方案將是「四停加二停」，當空氣污染指標達橙色預警時，將是「停產、停工、停放、停燒」。

報導指，「停產」指部分工業企業停產、部分企業限產減少30%的污染物排放；「停工」即部分土石和建築拆除工地停工；「停放」為全市煙花爆竹停止燃放；「停燒」是露天燒烤停止經營。

若發布紅色預警，則代表氣象單位預估未來三天將連續出現嚴重空氣污染，除「四停」外，還另外加「停車、停課」這「二停」，除中小學及幼兒園停課外，單雙號限行也成實際方案。

報導提到，官方將提前至少12小時公布單雙號限行資訊，日期為單數時、車牌尾號單數出行；日期為雙數時、車牌尾號雙數出行，採取限行措施後，北京地鐵將根據客流變化加開臨時列車，末班車運行時間或延後30分鐘。1021017
