好比說最近忠孝東路通過都更案的正義國宅

您覺得未來開怎樣的價錢叫做合理？

一件物品，如果他不具有獨特性，價格自然就會被篩選到大家都買得起的價格!

例如最近的IP5S~金色版在台灣尚未發行時,聽說有大概七萬元的成交價

最近開放預購了、等到各家電信開始販售了，你覺得還會有這種價格出現嗎？

房子跟一般販售的東西不一樣，它具有相對的獨特性，有屋齡、所在地區、週遭環境的影響

即使是同個社區，也有樓層、面向、甚至是前住戶等太多的價格影響因素存在！

簡單的說，絕對不會有兩間房子是具有一模一樣的條件的！既然如此～

好的標的物大家都想要，那沒那麼多物件時，自然就出現了競標的行為！那就各憑本事了啊!

我不看多也不看空，我只看自己有多少本事做多少事！

那種得不到、買不起別人就應該虧本賣，降到自己能買得起的價格才叫做居住正義？

我倒覺得那是群眾暴力～
