【於慶中／綜合外電報導】正當台灣還在為了那所大學要不要安裝保險套販賣機爭論時，為推廣「避孕節育」政策，中國廣東深圳將從今年底起，在每個社區至少安裝一部「智慧藥品發放機」，凡是年滿18歲至60歲的市民，無論是戶籍所在地是深圳還是外地，只需刷「二代身份證」，就可以從「智慧藥具發放機」中免費領取保險套，每人每月限領一盒(內有10個)。

不少中國網友認為，政府推動這項措施有助防止愛滋病傳播，也有網友說：「雙方加起來每月20個，多到用不完。」
