基隆卡車擦撞爆胎　東岸高架橋回堵1公里

【陳偉周／基隆報導】驚險一瞬間！基隆市1名曾姓男子今天下午3時許，駕駛卡車開上東岸高架橋往國道1號方向，行駛不到100公尺不慎與對向1輛綠色貨車發生擦撞發出蹦聲巨響，曾男趕緊下車察看，發現卡車左後輪已扭曲變形動彈不得，立即報警處理。
 
警方獲報到場指揮交通，由於東岸高架橋是基隆市區連接高速公路主要要道，許多準備上國道的車輛被堵在車陣中造成嚴重塞車，高架橋僅能維持單向通行，車陣回堵達1公里。一直到下午4時許，吊車將拋錨卡車搬離，高架橋才恢復行駛，至於肇事原因正由警方調查中。
