〔記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕中正路與西門路口寶島鐘錶台南名店正整修門市，該建築原為 台南市商會舊址，趁中正路林百貨熱潮，觀光旅遊局與文化局攜手遊說恢復街屋立面，備 受文史界關注，不過昨日傳出總公司婉拒，觀光旅遊局長陳俊安深表遺憾。 寶島鐘錶台南名店因進行整修，拆除廣告看板，顯露出日治時期舊建築立面，小圓窗、小 陽台及頂樓旗竿座，與中正路林百貨風華相仿，觀光旅遊局長陳俊安、文化局長葉澤山合 力向店家爭取保留立面。 陳俊安表示，文化局依「歷史街區振興自治條例」釋出包括歷史老屋補助資源，每案最高 可補助修繕費五十萬元，另外，未來有中正路軸線歷史街屋補助，協助店家立面保存。該 建築已有七、八十年歷史，由寶島鐘錶名店承租，整修全案由香港的亞洲團隊設計，一、 二樓外牆將做為勞力士錶主打廣告，三樓至頂樓則將以玻璃包覆及防風雨。 陳俊安表示，總公司以要做勞力士錶視覺廣告而婉拒，但其實林百貨帶動中正路街屋新風 潮，已成為網路部落客及文化旅遊新夯街景，若台南店成為寶島鐘錶名店唯一有的街屋立 面，獨特氛圍的宣傳效果，應不輸視覺廣告。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/oct/17/today-south14-2.htm 好可惜啊..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.65.93
