曾經有到職時簽一個契約 當時是飯店業 所有櫃檯 總機 房務 基層人員都要簽 內容大約是 公司在試用期可隨時 請你走路 但是你若自行堤離職 要付 訓練費 制服費 給公司 該公司也沒給簽約金 在試用期三個月滿時 他們開除百分之五十的員工 後來有要求非自願離職的人有拿到離職金 但據後來自行離職的人說 他在工作五個月堤離職後 公司要他還 制服費 訓練費約 五千多塊 月薪2.3萬 責任制 他有還公司這筆錢 請問如果他當時要去爭取的話 要向哪個單位反應呢 ？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.163.15
