標題7-11和善門市 (民族路三段) 兌換發票不好的經驗!

本人於10/14(一)晚間九點左右到和善門市兌換中獎發票儲值進I-CASH 當下一個小姐幫我處理，她看起來不太會用，用半天她就叫另一位男同事處理 男同事用半天就抬起頭說:你這發票是不是在別的地方換過??? 我:沒有阿! 他:我們這邊顯示你的發票已經換過了!!你應該在別的地方換過了!(怎麼能這樣懷疑客人??) 我:如果在別的地方兌換，店員或郵局人員也會收走吧! 他:就是怕有人忘記收走!(又再次懷疑客人的動機!!!) 我:而且這張發票我是現場在你們櫃台填寫資料的! 他:......就是沒辦法兌換，你自己去郵局換換看吧...... 這位男店員從頭到尾就一直咬定我的發票換過，根本就是把我當犯人在看!!! 講了好幾次我的發票是不是在別的地方換過??? 後來隔天我到郵局兌換~郵局的人告知我這張發票有上便利商店的機器~但沒有完成兌換!! 所以我還是有領到兩百元!! 所以從頭到尾根本是門市人員訓練不足!!!!!!!還懷疑客人操守!!!!!!! 真是糟糕透頂!!!以後打死不會去那間門市了!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.6.215
