北二高水肥車翻車　南下2車道堵塞

【呂品逸╱新北報導】北二高南下28公里處，今天上午8時許傳出翻車意外，1輛清潔公司的水肥車在外側車道翻車，司機一度傳出受困車內，民眾發現連忙報警，警消獲報趕往現場，發現車內司機已經自行脫困。

警消表示，翻覆的水肥車佔據外側兩線道，造成南下車道回堵壅塞，會盡快將障礙排除，恢復道路清潔。
