常被勒索要錢　工人3刀割喉殺鄰居

【綜合報導】花蓮市一名中華電信外包商工人梁郁杰（21歲，妨害自由前科），不滿曾救過他的鄰居，常以「報恩」為由勒索1、2千元，昨凌晨與一名同事張皓程（23歲），約該鄰居談判，雙方爆發口角，工人叫同事「抓住他雙手」，拔出預藏電線剝皮刀，朝其脖子連割3刀，切斷氣管棄屍後逃逸，工人5小時後自首，並供出共犯，訊後依殺人罪嫌將2嫌送辦。

警調查，6年前梁嫌與他人結怨遭追砍時，死者李榮俊為了救梁，替梁擋過一刀，右手臂縫了20多針才救回，事後李男以做人要「知恩圖報」為由，經常向梁勒索1、2千元，造成梁不堪其擾，才憤而行兇。死者父親痛罵：「就算兒子有錯也應報警處理，怎能殺人！」
