精神不濟　男駕車撞安全島

【陸運鋒／台北報導】今天凌晨1時許，台北市金山南路發生一起車禍，葉姓男駕駛1輛休旅車，疑似精神不濟，撞上安全島，造成車頭左半邊全毀，所幸駕駛並未受傷；葉男表示要從士林返家，行經該路段時，突然閃神就不小心撞上去，警方檢測後葉男並無酒駕，已將車輛拖至路邊恢復交通。
