網誌版: http://www.dtmsimon.com/2013/07/mongoicecream.html 有間冰舖台南崇明店 台南市東區崇明路500號 06-2905198/0912023327 有外送服務 天氣好熱，這又讓我想起4月份到台南吃到的這盤芒果無雙， 真是透心涼大滿足啊! 台南玉井號稱芒果的故鄉，在這裡有一家冰店叫做有間冰舖， 是近年來網路上相當夯的人氣冰店。拜產地之賜，店裡招牌想當 然爾就是芒果冰囉。 這台梅花牌剉冰機，雖然已經沒有在使用，不過也算是見證冰店 發展的歷史。 店裡招牌除了等等要登場的芒果無雙之外，各式手工冰淇淋也是 店裡熱銷商品。這天造訪嚐了這球芝麻冰淇淋，雖是冰品，不過 吃在嘴裡一股濃濃的芝麻香氣隨即釋放出來。雖然不是第一次吃 到芝麻口味的冰淇淋，但是那真材實料的香氣，著實令人難忘! 最後就是這盤超人氣的芒果無雙囉，新鮮芒果冰淇淋配合糖漬芒 果、芒果青蜜餞、新鮮芒果，佐以獨家芒果醬。重點是，這盤冰 連冰磚都是芒果汁去做成的，利用雪花剉冰機去加工，吃起來口 感超級綿密唷。如果不想吃太甜，可以請老闆芒果醬少加一點， 味道就變得很清爽了。 過去總是要親自跑趟玉井才能吃到的清涼滋味，現在在台南市區 也能輕鬆嚐到。天氣真的好熱，吃盤芒果冰消暑正得時! -- 南北貨俱樂部: FB粉絲團:http://www.facebook.com/dtmsimoncook 電冰箱的吃喝玩樂誌:http://www.dtmsimon.com 線上廚藝教室:http://cook.dtmsimon.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.164.169
