花蓮縣新城鄉七星潭康樂村海域6日傳出溺斃意外！一名男子下午4點與2名友人到海邊潛水，疑似體力不支，被友人拉上岸急救，但仍昏迷不醒、口吐白沫，剛好岸巡人員在附近訓練，替男子實施CPR，救護車也趕緊將男子送醫急救，但仍回天乏術。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，這名男子6日下午4點與2名友人，開車到花蓮縣新城鄉康樂村海域潛水，但男子疑似游到一半體力不支，同行友人發現異狀，趕緊將男子拉回岸上急救。

但男子仍呈現昏迷不醒、口吐白沫的狀態，剛好附近有岸巡人員在進行訓練任務，他們獲報後跑了500公尺趕到現場救人，不斷幫男子實施CPR，直到救護車抵達，但男子送醫救治後仍回天乏術。
