新疆七．五事件4周年 陸嚴戒備

新疆「七·五」暴動事件昨日滿4周年。在敏感時日前夕，新疆的維安力量，已全面進入戒備狀態。香港《南華早報》指稱，中共當局已向50個民族矛盾較為緊繃的村鎮，派遣高官「壓陣」。連新疆首府烏魯木齊也大幅加強反恐措施，警察巡邏24小時戒備。

2009年7月5日，烏魯木齊市爆發嚴重的漢族與維吾爾族衝突，約有200人喪生。爾後，每年7月5日，中共當局都會加強巡邏。

但今年6月26日和28日新疆吐魯番鄯善縣與和田市相繼發生暴力攻擊事件，造成至少35人喪生。另外，今年的伊斯蘭齋戒月也即將在9日展開。這些攻擊事件和隨之而來的重大日期，令中共相當緊張。

《星島日報》報導，和田、喀什、吐魯番等重點地區，政府均成立「處突（處理突發事件）」聯合指揮部，數十萬警民高度戒備，確保萬無一失。《人民日報》則發表「反恐越堅決，社會越團結」的社論，呼籲民眾堅決反恐。

《環球時報》也指稱，上周新疆發生的多起暴力事件，促使政府特別警戒，烏魯木齊的重要十字路口部署了大批武警和警車。同時，鄯善與和田的攻擊事件，已對新疆觀光業造成衝擊，許多觀光客取消了行程。
