【王家俊／台北報導】民進黨質疑馬政府選前承諾大埔農戶不拆選後不認帳，副總統吳敦義上午被問到是否政策跳票時，突然回頭對著媒體痛陳，「沒有甚麼跳票，這是原則問題，大家都知道古訓很清楚，孝順是很重要的，當父親要砍你的時候不跑，反而留著他砍，反而是不孝順的。」

　吳敦義在出席內政部長李鴻源嫁女受訪時做上述表示。吳敦義還說，「男女授受不親，如果嫂嫂快要跌到井裡頭了，不伸手去扶救她，讓她因為男女授受不親、不能救命，那也是違背本意的，守經也應該有應變。」他說，不可能每樣事情都前後一致，大埔案百分之九十九都沒有問題，只剩一戶各方有高的期待，希望苗栗縣政府多方溝通。
