非常糟糕的ikea坐臥床框以及售後服務

2013一月約半年前在ikea選購了HEMNES 坐臥兩用床框附2抽屜 黑棕色
也就是現在在絕版品出清的商品
原本當做雙人床使用也都正常
但前幾天要睡覺時躺下去卻整個垮了
於昨日至敦北店反應此問題
服務人員的態度以及處理方式讓我深深覺得你們的家具壞了一定是顧客的問題
看照片就說可能是什麼外力造成的
但我床買來不就是要睡要躺的嗎？
而且我單身只養了一隻貓，體重也只有73kg
這張床從沒睡過兩個人，為何品質如此差勁？
然後我想請服務人員協助處理是否能做維修處理，但服務人員回電後僅說師傅看過照片後也說應該無法修復，且床框也無保固
當下只讓我覺得我這床就是廢了，我自己活該躺垮了
所以我要求服務人員請師傅安排時間至我住處查看，但師傅居然只有下午時間有空，我排休的日子也剛好沒空，難道說我不用上班在家等嗎？
大家有什麼建議的嗎？謝謝...
