林內&櫻花牌瓦斯爐詢問(瓦斯桶用台爐)

小弟家裡用了多年的瓦斯爐壞了...
目前看了3台 2台林內 1台櫻花

型號:(瓦斯桶用台爐)
櫻花牌 G5900S 二口雙炫火珍珠壓紋台爐
林內牌 RTS-233 一般兩口台爐銅合金爐頭
林內牌 RTS-201SN 台爐式內焰二口爐

有使用過這兩個品牌或使用上述瓦斯爐型號的大大可否提供小弟意見

需求:
耐用，不要容易生鏽或沒幾年就狀況不斷... (這個是主要重點
中式煮法，煮湯、煎魚、炒菜等

我媽是想要大火炒菜... 我爸想要省瓦斯...
我找了一天還是沒什麼頭緒

預算4000~8000 櫻花雙內焰有點小爆預算了
