【動新聞】性侵小姨子報仇　轟頭棄屍男判無期

去年5月間，從事裝潢工作，業餘兼開白牌計程車的吳姓男子（40歲），被男子林展弘（23歲）懷疑性侵他14歲小姨子，因而夥同友人龔友智（37歲），以搭計程車為由，約出吳男，雙方發生口角爭執，龔男用球棒毆打吳男；林男則以手槍朝吳頭部以行刑方式開槍擊斃。
 
兩人載屍體在車上共處4天後，因受不了屍體發出惡臭，才棄屍在水上鄉永欽二號橋涵洞內。嘉義地方法院今天審結，林展弘殺人罪判無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身；襲友智依共同殺人棄屍，判有期徒刑14年，褫奪公權6年。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
