台北地院日前審理夜店殺警案，讓在押的13名被告交保，並要求所有被告必須每個禮拜交5篇作文，2月10日要交出20篇，但竟有被告沒有按照規定交功課，一個禮拜只寫了一篇，讓網友認為「根本沒心！」

台北地院這個月7日開庭審理，傳喚60名被告到庭，當時裁准13名在押被告可交保，並要求他們在2月10日前，交出20篇作文，每個禮拜交5篇，每篇 200至300字，法官還指定題目，包括「我是誰」、「我錯了嗎」、「我的童年」等。

雖然後來被高等法院發回更審，但台北地院16日召開準備程序庭時，仍詢問被告是否都有按時繳交作文，沒想到竟有一名被告李聿鈞沒有依照規定交出功課，一個禮拜只寫了一篇「我是誰」的作文。

李聿鈞的家屬代為解釋，指自己的小孩只有國中畢業，文筆不好，而且最近感冒昏昏沉沉才會難產，法官表示身體不適仍要配合。網友則認為被告沒用心，有人說：「200字那麼少，就算寫再爛也要交齊啊」、「寫不完?!!200字2段都不夠分」、「還不如叫他去勞動役」。
