黑衣人阻拆違建遭批老鼠屎　江志銘：不認識

「台灣公民信箱」今於臉書發布一篇名為「柯市長-台北市的老鼠屎要怎麼處理」文章，指疑似民進黨議員江志銘助理出面阻擾內湖區拆除大隊拆違建。江志銘下午發布新聞稿，澄清絕無關說施壓拆除的行為，對貼文裡的黑衣人，他強條並非他服務團隊成員，也不認識此人。
 
江志銘表示，違建拆除前2天確實接獲屋主陳情，之後以議會選民服務系統發文建管處要求舉辦協調會。但協調會尚未舉行拆除大隊就到場，因此請服務處人員到場了解，但絕無厲聲咆哮或辱罵拆除大隊人員的舉動。對貼文裡黑衣人，他強調絕非團隊成員，且經溝通後屋主表明願意自行拆屋，隔天也雇工拆除並報建管處結案。〈陳思豪／台北報導〉
