電動車免牌照稅 再延長3年

（中央社記者田裕斌台北16日電）立法院院會今天三讀修正通過授權地方政府對電動汽車免徵使用牌照稅期間再延長3年，汽車業者表示，鼓勵性質大於實質作用。

目前全球「純」電動車以TESLA為首，國內則有納智捷(LUXGEN)實際上路。

車商表示，若要講商業化及經濟規模，油電混合車仍是市場主流，但這次免徵牌照稅的範圍並未納入油電車，一般消費者恐難享受到實際優惠。

車商指出，日前立法院決議砍掉油電車貨物稅減半措施，讓進口油電車售價大幅增加，所持理由是大排氣量車款多以高資產民眾購買，在租稅公平的前提下，應可負擔較高貨物稅，但卻忽略油電車同時具有節能減碳的優點。

此外，國內由於電池續航力、充電站普及度及電動車價居高不下等原因，一般民眾較少選購電動車代步，讓免稅政策恐成看得到、吃不到的甜頭。1040116
