IS預告　將再斬首英國人道工作者

遜尼派激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（Islamic State，IS）公布斬首英國男子海恩斯（David Haines）的影片，片尾還揚言將斬首另一英國男子。美國《紐約每日新聞》報導，該男子是來自英國曼徹斯特的漢寧（Alan Henning），他是一名人道援助工作者，深入敘利亞幫助難民時，慘遭IS綁架。
 
根據一名中東記者說法，漢寧起初被關在IS位於達那（Al Dana）的監獄，後來移送到拉卡（Raqqa）。漢寧為一個非政府組織工作，與英國政府沒有關聯。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）
