村長改名轉運 落選卻成毒販

涉販毒 3嫌一併落網

〔自由時報記者湯世名／彰化報導〕彰化縣社頭鄉前村長張名科嫌名字不好，改名張名「料」並涉販毒，結果白費心思，昨仍被警逮獲，另有3嫌一併落網，共起出海洛因26公克、安非他命161公克。

彰化縣警局刑警大隊偵四隊今年6月接獲線報，指有一對情侶檔毒販在南彰化等地販毒，警前晚到社頭鄉、員林鎮及彰化市等地，查獲鄭毓芳（34歲）、傅成植（34歲）、劉建男（43歲）3嫌。

鄭嫌向警方招出供毒上游是張明料（60歲），因張嫌藏匿處所隱密，平時都不用電話聯繫，警方帶鄭嫌直撲社頭鄉協和村的張嫌住處逮人，起出海洛因、安非他命。

警方偵訊時，張明料供述曾任社頭鄉協和村長、鄉民代表，當時姓名「張明科」，警方上網查詢以往的選舉公報，發現張嫌曾任社頭鄉第16屆鄉代及第17、18屆協和村長，競選第19屆村長時落選。

嫌名字不好 難逃法網

張嫌供稱，他認為「張明科」筆劃不佳，才改名張明料，不料還是難逃法網。

偵四隊長唐國維表示，張嫌在擔任村長及鄉代期間，地方就曾傳出他販毒，如今證實傳言不假，警方除將4嫌依毒品罪移送，也持續追查毒品來源及去向。
