英婦公開早產兒照片　籲降低墮胎周數

英國25歲女子凱恩斯去年懷孕，肚中胎兒狀況不穩，醫生決定在凱恩斯達合法懷孕周數，24周時剖腹生產，以爭取保住嬰兒性命的機會，但凱恩斯的女兒阿德萊德產下數小時後便夭折。

凱恩斯近日把當時分娩的照片公開，並指嬰兒當時已經是一個活生生的人，而不是胚胎，凱恩斯稱公開照片是希望喚起大家注意，目前英國法規允許婦女最晚可在懷孕24周接受墮胎，呼籲墮胎懷孕周數限制應該降低。

凱恩斯稱：「照片顯示阿德萊德不是胚胎，而是一個已經完全成形的人。當想到像她這樣的嬰兒，因為大人的選擇而被結束生命，實在令我感到害怕。」雖然阿德萊德之後因為併發症夭折，但聲稱很多24周出生的嬰兒能夠生存下來。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）
