藝人柯震東涉毒遭中國大陸行政拘留後獲釋返台，台北地檢署訂明天上午9時30分傳喚柯震東到案說明。

柯震東曾獲第48屆金馬獎最佳新演員獎，他涉嫌在北京吸大麻被捕，遭中國大陸公安行政拘留14天，他在29日獲釋。

曾偵辦多起毒品案件的資深檢察官說，依照辦案經驗，檢方傳喚柯震東到案說明，不排除以採尿或當庭剪髮送驗，以確認他施用毒品狀況，且會依兩岸司法互助而持有證據，依法偵辦。

檢方表示，台灣與大陸法律不同，柯震東涉嫌施用大麻在大陸為行政罰，並非刑事處罰，但因大麻在台灣屬第二級毒品，施用仍有刑責，沒有「一罪兩罰」的問題。他回台後，檢方仍可依法追訴。(中央社)
