徐旭東：基本工資2萬元太低

（中央社記者韋樞台北31日電）遠東集團董事長徐旭東表示，勞動部核定的基本工資新台幣2萬元很低，主因這段時間GDP成長不夠，且基本工資和鄰國相比也不夠，基本工資未來應定期制度化討論。

勞動部日前召開基本工資審議委員會，會後結論，月薪部分從現行新台幣1萬9273元擬加735元，調至2萬8元；時薪從115元調漲至120元，仍需提報行政院決定。

徐旭東今天下午參加遠東建築新人戰台灣選拔賽時告訴媒體，新核定的基本工資2萬元是很低的，問題在於這段時間的GDP不夠，應努力讓GDP成長才對。

徐旭東認為，若單靠基工資增長，與其他鄰近國家相比，實在是「不好意思」，但他也不方便說基本工資應多少才夠，畢竟要隨著時代與各行各業特性推測。

他說，基本工資應定期制度化討論，而非隨著新部長上台或輿論氛圍討論決定。1030831
