不知道該買哪家建商的預售屋好...(北屯)

最近想買預售屋 看了很多家建商的案子 比較喜歡的就佳泰的新麗馳跟富宇的情綻花園(北屯區2家地段都差不多) 佳泰的房價比起富宇的話比較便宜點 但聽說佳泰這建商的評價似乎不太好 而富宇的評價是比較少負評的 想問問大家一下意見 如果同樣三房(房子面向都一樣)同樣機上車位 但總房價富宇比較貴了差不多60-70萬 大家的選擇會是佳泰還是富宇呢? 最近為了這個很煩惱 麻煩大家給小弟一點點意見 感激不盡了~~~
