江揆：青年是改變歷史的力量

行政院長江宜樺今天出席教育部主辦青年政策論壇時說，青年是改變歷史的力量，從有人類歷史以來，重大的人類發展轉折經常常由當時年輕人出於某種理念與熱情，對國家或社會造成改變。

他表示，青年是改變社會發展的關鍵力量，現在民主國家，每個民選候選人進行競選活動時，很喜歡打出「改變」字眼，不光是要爭取年輕人選票，而是因為他們都清楚，如果不能因應局勢變化，看到本身處境的限制，進而做改變，國家與社會會落後或被淘汰，這是許多民選領袖強調改變的原因。

他表示，改變不是像許多參與競選的政治人物，打上「改變」字眼，改變不需要等4年，時刻都能改變，只要有心、有理想、熱情、創意，不管改變是在多小的範圍，如果可能就去改變這個世界。
