民進黨黨慶不出席？柯文哲：人在日本

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲，預計下月赴日本東京、大阪及南韓首爾考察，除了取經城市建設外，由於這些城市均有無黨籍人士執政，因此出訪也是為了學習在野大聯盟成功後的治理經驗。

柯文哲今天上午前往台北市士林區前港公園、士林市場、社子市場掃街拜票受訪被問及9月28日民進黨黨慶是否受邀出席？柯文哲表示，雖然出訪日韓的確切時間還沒確定，不過民進黨黨慶那段時間，人應該在日本無法出席活動。
