127歲人瑞長壽秘訣　吃巧克力！

8月31日墨西哥人瑞盧布萊斯（Leandra Becerra Lumbreras）的127歲生日，她是中南美洲最年長的女人瑞，家人透露她的長壽秘訣很簡單，就是極充足的睡眠、保持活躍、唱歌給親友聽及吃甜品，她要求過生日時要食豆子和墨西哥薄餅（tortillas）。

最愛吃巧克力的盧布萊斯十分重視健康，為免沾染風寒，她甚至一年只洗一次澡。她在1887年出生，27歲時第一次世界大戰爆發，82歲則見證了太空人首度登上月球。據稱在1910至1917年間，她還曾擔任墨西哥革命軍一支小隊的領袖。

然而，長壽的代價是經常要白頭人送黑頭人，共有153名子孫的盧布萊斯，已先後送別了5名子女。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
