新北：連接五股及土城國道3號的台65快速道路，13日上午6時13分在9.5K（土城段）往土城方向，發生載運雞隻小貨車先自撞內側分隔島後，再擦撞外側護欄，造成35歲王姓男子在撞擊後墜落高架橋下，當場不治；36歲郭姓男子右眼瘀腫，酒測值0.67mg/l。由於郭男聲稱並非駕駛，警方正深入調查誰才是肇事駕駛。
