陽程今起買回庫藏股 開盤跌

陽程科技（3498）董事會決議，為維護公司信用及股東權益，今天至7月9日執行庫藏股，以86.5元、下跌1.3元開盤。

陽程預訂買回1,000張，每股介於72元至105元，但當股價低於買回價格下限，仍得繼續買回。

陽程2013年營收34.25億元，毛利率34.77%，稅後純益4.92 億元，每股稅後純益7.13元，營收、稅後純益年增率各為58.48%、292.2%，同創歷史新高，毛利率提高6.27百分點，為五年新高，董事會先前決議，擬配發股利4.3元，創上櫃新高，全數發放現金

陽程近一年多營運攀升，帶動股價2月來到160元，但最近半年營運走弱，9日收盤價87.8元。

陽程2013年第4季營收7.79億元，毛利率37.8%，稅後純益7,442萬元，每股稅後純益0.95元；營收、稅後純益各比第3 季減少4.68%、48.82%，同創五季新低，毛利率下滑0.09個百分點。

陽程2014年4月營收1.51億元，比3月及2013年4月各減少1.81%、51.76%；前四月營收6.38億元，較2013年同期衰退44.63%，其中首季營收4.87億元，低於上季及2013年同期各37.8%、41.99%，創六季新低。
