台鐵133次自強號故障急停　慢點34分鐘不補償

台鐵133次自強號列車，今晚6時30分在台南保安站附近，因ATP（列車自動感應器）故障，加上列車老舊漏氣、一時無法啟動，誤點32分鐘，原應於晚上6時42分駛進高雄站，延至7時14分才進站。

台鐵高雄站副站長蔡慶柱表示，133次列車還波及台南站發出的南下、北上列車，「該款列車因機型較老舊，才會因ATP故障急停後，漏氣無法再次啟動，幸好該次列車上有隨車技術人員，緊急修復，台鐵對造成旅客不便相當抱歉！」

不過依台鐵《旅客列車晚點賠償規約》，列車晚點需達45分鐘以上及可補償，此次晚點32分鐘，依規約仍不列入補償。（魏斌／高雄報導）
