核四確定不發電，台電將形同破產；金管會主委曾銘宗今天表示，銀行不至於立即對台電抽銀根，但台電後續借款成本恐提高。

台電公司擔心，「廢核四」將面對新台幣2838億元的可能損失，形同宣告破產，營運將面臨債信評等受損，造成銀行抽銀根。

曾銘宗表示，核四停工會對台電財務發生衝擊，但基本上台電是一家98%公股的機構，幾乎等同公營，台電的信用相當於政府信用，所以銀行對台電立即抽銀根的可能性不高。

不過，他也表示，台電財務將惡化及評等降低後，借貸融資的成本可能提高。(中央社)
