相信各位大大們在報紙上有看到長榮在徵人 小第看到一個比較少開的職缺，就是長榮海的高雄港貨櫃作業員 他這個職缺很奇怪，要求大專以上，但小第發現他的長榮航的地勤作業員卻 只要求高中以上就好，究竟為何有這條件的差別呢? 不就是個作業員而已嗎? (註:小第奇實有好朋友在剛說的長榮航地勤做過，奇實長榮公司不把作業員當 人看，長榮的文化小第也很了解，長榮走高壓式管理，員工不能成立公會的， 但如果我剛說的工作在高雄輪班有不錯的夜班津貼的話，小第真的會考慮， 小第目前在某國營事業上班月薪只有3萬，雖說是朝九晚五，但薪水一年只調七百 四萬就卡住，因此小第想脫離舒適圈，輪夜班的工作錢多我就接受了， 因為實在看到目前本公司內，一堆大哥快40了還在領3萬，實在是對本公司... 今年我的生日願望就是不在吃到這間公司的尾牙了 說了這麼多，希望有大大可以提供長榮海運高雄區貨櫃作業員的工作內容，及薪水內容 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.254.220.200 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398579021.A.F70.html
