圍圈圈 Dstreet街頭討論核四該怎辦

民眾在凱道前圍起小圈圈，街頭討論核四爭議問題。

凱道前核四爭議街頭討論「開麥拉」，426廢核行動今天持續進行，現在現場數百名民眾，正在圍起一個個小圈圈，要準備進行核能爭議反思討論。

討論小組一組約10人左右，其中有約20名經過培訓的主持人，將帶領討論，其中一位主持人以德說，主持人們大多是之前有參加「公民審服貿」的人，自願擔任。

以德說，討論第一階段會先讓大家腦力激盪，討論對核四的看法，接著聚焦核四爭議點，最後討論該如何解決爭議。
