新北市多個國小的學生代表化身為環保小局長與市長朱立倫進行對談，針對時下環保相關議題交流意見分享心得，也有學生直接詢問極具爭議的核四存廢問題，朱市長回答應該先就安全問題進行討論，如果安全再進一步討論是否要使用。
