林志玲總是默默行善，日前她在「第十一屆中國慈善排行榜」上獲得「年度榜樣慈善明星」稱號，在發表感言時，她謙虛地說：「我何德何能可以獲得這樣的獎項？我是一個好幸福的孩子，今天我們可以付出，我們真的是擁有最大最大的福分！」

「第十一屆中國慈善排行榜」中，林志玲、立威廉與大陸女星袁姍姍等獲得「年度榜樣慈善明星」，香港楊恭如亦獲「仁愛大使」稱號。頒獎典禮上，不少名人明星盛裝出席，林志玲穿著一身紅色蕾絲裙，優雅現身，儘管已知會得獎，但在台上領獎時，林志玲情緒仍舊激動，更以90度角向頒獎嘉賓鞠躬及握手。

而林志玲日前特別捐助101件個人衣物，在Ohhmystyle.com購物網進行義賣，希望能夠幫助經濟與學習資源弱勢的聽損家庭兒童，她說：「我們希望可以做長期的協助，不要只是單次性的捐助，而是一直協助到聽損兒學會說話，融入一般的學習環境之中。」
