大陸「淘寶網」網賣商品眾多，連法拍屋也有。繼先前10個省區法院在淘寶網將標的物法拍後，北京市高級人民法院日前宣布，5月起也要上淘寶網，將標的房屋法拍。

北京青年報報導，5月13日上午10時，北京市第二中級人民法院及豐台區人民法院，將把豐台區1棟別墅及通州區2棟住宅在淘寶網上拍賣。

這項報導指出，豐台區法拍別墅面積達379.47平方公尺（114.79坪），起拍價高達人民幣2083.94萬元（約新台幣1億170萬元），參拍保證金則要120萬元。

報導指出，北京上述3棟法拍屋加入後，淘寶網的「淘寶．拍賣會」頁面上，法拍標的物就分布在浙江、江蘇、安徽、雲南、新疆、河南、山東、福建、廣東、江西、北京等共11個省市自治區。

其中，浙江的法拍標的物最多，多達2000餘項；北京因為首次加入，僅有上述3項房屋。

報導提到，這些省區的法拍標的物可說五花八門，有汽機車、房屋、機器設備、布料等，其中以汽機車與房屋為主。

由於在淘寶網拍賣，這些法拍屋也與其它拍賣品一樣顯示照片，甚至影片瀏覽，並註明起拍價、評估價、保證金和加價幅度，以及距拍賣還有幾天的倒數計時、圍觀人數及競標紀錄。(中央社)
