太陽花學運佔領立法院期間，不少民眾因滋事也被查辦。張姓民眾不滿警方執法，朝立法院值勤員警丟擲肉包「襲警」、還有黃姓民眾深夜攜帶雙節棒，施放高空煙火喧鬧滋事，台北市警中正一分局依違反社會秩序維護法，將張、黃2人移送法辦。台北簡易庭審理後，分別裁罰張、黃2人1000元、2000元。
