標題[問題] 上班容易受情緒困擾?

我是從事櫃臺抽號碼排 面對顧客的工作 如果我旁邊談的來的同事有來 我信得過他 就可以一邊上班一邊跟他聊天 上班遇到的困難比較可以排解 可是我同事大概要消失一陣子 如果我不講話的話 就是比較受自己的負面情緒困擾 那些負面情緒大概是上班遇到的小挫折或小困難之類的 比較不能排解 有沒有人上班因為面對人群 所以也比較常受情緒的困擾啊 如果當場沒有人可以說話的話 都怎麼解決啊? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.163.38
