女子登奇萊高山症 警消揹下山

（中央社記者林恆立南投縣21日電）攀登奇萊山的3人登山隊，其中一女性隊員發生高山症，南投縣警消今天趕赴救援，預計入夜後可將病患揹負下山就醫。

南投縣消防局仁愛分隊指出，這支由1男2女組成的登山隊來自高雄，從花蓮縣申請入山，昨晚8時30分一度報稱迷失方向，今天凌晨回報說已找到奇萊山屋休息，但46歲季姓女隊友出現高山症狀，無法行走待援。

仁愛消防分隊獲報後派遣4名警義消上山救援，下午3時40分趕抵奇萊山屋，為病患做救護處置後，以輪流揹負方式護送下山。

消防隊表示，由於山區濃霧低溫，預計入夜後才能抵登山口，由救護車接駁送醫。1030321
